Over 30 years in the game — as an athlete, coach, and certified mental performance specialist — I’ve had the privilege of working alongside and learning from some of the best minds in sport. What I’ve learned is this: great teams start with great coaching staffs.
Every coaching staff has its own dynamic — a mix of leadership styles, planning methods, standards, and energy. Through my work and certification as a Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP) and my training with iPEC, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to elevate staff cohesion, purpose, and clarity.
Whether I’m working with a head coach directly or the entire staff, the process begins with open discussion and structured feedback. Using tools like the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and a custom program evaluation, we’ll assess your current team culture, leadership structure, and internal alignment.
