Why should anybody be Chasing 56?
The Story Behind the Longest Baseball Hitting Streak!

This legendary hitting streak established by Yankee great Joe DiMaggio is one of those “it will never be broken” records. I believe nothing is unattainable if you have the correct mindset and training.


My goal is to help everyone involved in sports: current athletes, parents of athletes, coaches, and retired athletes, elevate to the best version of themselves on and off the field by focusing on mental performance and gaining the required confidence in sports.


This extra attention to all things surrounding consistent performance has helped the athletes I work with navigate past obstacles, comfort zones, and areas of frustration while helping them enjoy the journey of being an athlete.


On my path to the major leagues, I was able to learn many skills, both mentally and physically, to help me produce and grind my way to the major leagues.


I played 1,284 combined major and minor league regular season games with a lifetime .799 OPS and played 7 years in the minors before making my debut in the MLB.

I believe every athlete has more inside them than they realize.

As a former professional athlete, coach, parent, and mental performance coach, I've seen firsthand how easy it is to get stuck. Sometimes it's a lack of confidence. Sometimes it's fear of failure, pressure, expectations, or simply not knowing what comes next.


My goal is to help athletes, parents, and coaches bridge the gap between performance and potential. Not through gimmicks or quick fixes, but by developing the awareness, mindset, and habits that allow athletes to perform with greater confidence, consistency, and purpose.

Every athlete's journey is different. That's why I don't believe in a one size fits all approach. I bring proven principles, practical tools, and real world experience, then work with each athlete to create a plan that fits where they are and where they want to go.
